Xago Contract Parking is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central built for long-term parking: the tenant who rents a space for the next three years, not the visitor who pays at a machine for two hours. Facilities, products, contracts, billing periods, webshop orders and permits live where your ledger already is.

Facilities and products
Register each car park with zones, capacity per parking type, landlords and the products you sell there. Products carry price, duration, binding period, expiry rules and webshop visibility.

One contract per customer
A contract holds the customer, billing email, fees and one line per product. Activate the line and it is live. Attach documents to the contract or the customer.

Periods drive invoicing
Update Periods generates the billing periods for every active line. Freeze a period, cancel on an exact period end date, or generate the remaining periods that should still be invoiced.

Invoice, post, reconcile
Update Invoicing turns due periods into standard Business Central sales invoices with deferral schedules. The contract line ledger shows what was invoiced, when and for how much.
Built for the operator, not the parking machine
Facilities, zones and capacity
Capacity broken down by contract, employee, resident, short-time, oversized and accessible parking. Max height, car sharing, scooters and postbox flags per facility.
Recurring billing with deferrals
Periods per line feed standard sales invoices. Deferral templates per product spread revenue correctly. Posted invoices, credit memos and shipments show their parking context.
Cancel, terminate, freeze
Cancel with the product's expiry rules, cancel on an exact period end date, or terminate immediately. Freeze invoicing for selected periods without ending the agreement.
Landlords and campaigns
A facility can have several landlords and a landlord several facilities, linked to vendors for settlement. Campaigns promote selected products for a period, in Business Central and in the webshop.
Status and quantity logs
Every status change and every quantity change on a line is logged with who and when. Waiting lists queue customers for products that are currently full.
Sell parking contracts on your own website
The webshop is a set of Next.js packages you install in your own project. Your design, your domain, our catalogue, checkout and customer pages, all talking directly to Business Central.
Next.js packages, not a hosted portal
Install the packages in your existing Next.js site and drop the components into your pages. You keep full control over branding, routing and hosting.
Catalogue straight from Business Central
Facilities, products, prices, pictures, campaigns and translated texts are maintained once in Business Central and read by the shop. Product visibility is a flag on the product card.
Checkout with card payment
Customers choose a facility and product, enter their vehicles and pay by card through Swedbank Pay. The order is posted to Business Central with payment status attached.
Customer self-service
Logged-in customers see their contract lines, periods and permits, change vehicle registrations and quantities, cancel a line on a date and download invoices and order confirmations.
Add-on extension
Permits issued from the contract
The permit add-on connects Contract Parking to the backend that controls access to your facilities. When a contract line goes live, the permit is created there. When it ends, the permit is revoked.
The access system handles the gate. Contract Parking handles the agreement and the invoice.
Barrier control, licence plate recognition and hourly tariffs stay in your parking access and revenue control system. The add-on keeps the two in step so that nobody has to key the same vehicle into two systems, and a cancelled contract cannot keep driving in.

Activating a contract line, in Business Central or from a webshop order, creates the permit in the permit backend for the facility and product.

Vehicles kept in sync
Allowed IDs on the product define what a valid registration looks like. When a customer changes a vehicle or quantity, the permit is updated.

Permit revoked
Cancel on a date, terminate immediately or let a line expire. The permit ends with the last invoiced period, not a day later.
Standard Business Central, extended
Contract Parking uses the objects your finance team already knows. Customers, sales invoices, deferrals, dimensions and number series are standard. We add the parking domain on top.
Standard documents and ledger
Invoices are ordinary sales invoices. Posted invoices, credit memos and shipments carry the contract context. Up to eight global dimensions per facility.
One setup card
Number series for contracts, facilities and landlords, deferral defaults and webshop settings in a single Contract Parking Setup page.
Role centre tiles and cues
Contracts, webshop orders and subscriptions surface as cues on the Business Manager, Order Processor and Sales Manager role centres.
Texts by language
Product descriptions, messages and webshop texts are maintained per language code, so one catalogue serves several markets.

Questions we get
Read the documentationCan I stop invoicing for a while without cancelling the contract?
Yes. Freeze Invoicing pauses invoicing for the periods you select. The contract line stays active and the permit stays valid, and you unfreeze when billing should resume.
How do I cancel a line on a specific date?
Use Cancel… on the contract line. It opens the line's periods so you pick the exact period end date. Remaining periods that should still be invoiced can be generated afterwards.
Do we have to use the webshop?
No. Contract Parking works fully inside Business Central without it. The webshop packages are for operators who want customers to buy and manage contracts themselves on the operator's own website.
Which access or permit systems does the add-on support?
The permit add-on is built against the backend that controls access to your facilities. Tell us which system you run and we will confirm the integration or scope it as part of the implementation.
Where do I see who changed a contract line?
Every status change is written to the Status Log and every quantity change to the Quantity Log, with user and timestamp. The Ledger shows what was invoiced per period.
What about hourly parking and payment machines?
Out of scope by design. Contract Parking handles agreements that run over months and years. Hourly tariffs, terminals and barriers belong to your parking access and revenue control system.
